RadioKCM (RKCM) is a not-for-profit community run radio station facilitated by Knoxville Community Media.
We hope to preserve localism by nurturing free-thought, free-expression and free speech.
Programming for this radio station is created by individual Community Producers who are responsible for the content of their Programming. You have the option of negotiating with individual Producers or contacting Radio KCM directly.
Radio KCM has a different price scale than individual Producers and our announcements run during Community Curated Programming rather than during a Community Produced Program.
Community Produced Programs are created by live DJs. They responsible for negotiating underwriting sponsorships for their own program. Community Curated Programs are produced by staff and other music aficionados throughout the day when live DJs are not in-studio.
